Just'Pizza Saint-Julien-L'ars

Placing my first online order the day before a public holiday was clearly not a good idea: - No welcome whatsoever (I waited for ages in front of the truck without even a greeting). The two employees present were clearly overwhelmed. - I arrived more than half an hour early and was surprised to find that the pizzas had already been cooked for quite some time! And of course, they were cold when I got home (even though it was less than a 2-minute drive...). - No response from the staff when I explained that the point of a pre-ordered time slot isn't to end up with barely lukewarm pizzas that have already been cooked well in advance. (Or at least they should make that clear!) - No response from the manager either, whom I contacted before this post... - Regarding the pizzas: the cooking and quality were rather average, but it's difficult to give a truly informed opinion; the taste of a reheated pizza isn't always accurate, unfortunately. My conclusion: This pizza maker seems focused on volume and doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction. A mistake is always understandable, but it would be appreciated if they took customer feedback into account. Disappointed with the service and the lack of responsiveness.

We've been loyal Just'Pizza customers since it first arrived in St Ju a few (very short) years ago. The pizzas are always delicious, especially our favorites like the burger and the cannibal, and they're generously topped with impeccable service. Despite the current price increases for ingredients, the pizzas remain affordable and offer excellent value for money. We can't be the only ones who are more than satisfied, given the expansion with Just'Pizza 1, then 2, and now 3. So, if we miss our usual slot on Wednesday, we can always go to a neighboring location another day. Thank you, keep up the good work, and see you soon! 👏🏻💪🏻👍🏻

The pizzas were overcooked, almost burnt, with a very thin crust and minimal toppings. Really disappointed.

Just Pizza offers a wide variety of pizzas, all equally delicious. They're generous and flavorful. I also really enjoy their monthly pizza specials, which let you try different combinations. Plus, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Just Pizza.

Judging by the ratings, I imagine quality was the first thing to go. My first pizza order: low-grade goat cheese, barely any tomato sauce, and pizza "cheese" on every recipe, which isn't a good sign. I suppose there's something for everyone. It's not for me.

First time... contrary to the reviews, my husband and I weren't very satisfied... we weren't expecting this for the price... goat cheese and honey pizza... I was expecting local goat cheese... it was more like a cheap brand... and the crust was completely burnt. My husband couldn't even taste the meat, just the sauce... we won't be back.

Arnaud, don't change a thing, everything was absolutely fantastic!! The pizzas were excellent and generous, from the toppings to the very last bit of dough, which is quite rare and worth mentioning, unlike some other places. We have a fantastic time every time! The pizzas are delicious and generously topped. We haven't gone anywhere else since we discovered you! Whether it's in Sèvres during the summer festival, in St. Julien l'Ars, or tonight in Nouaillé, we're so lucky to have you on hand whenever we're craving pizza... To give you an idea, tonight the kids had to choose between a restaurant and your pizzas, and it was a no-brainer ;) The service is always friendly, nothing to complain about. We're happy to see it's a successful business, and it's well deserved. A little suggestion from my teenagers: How about a pizza with fries? Thanks and see you soon!
