At what point do you pay top dollar for a one-man show while sitting on uncomfortable folding chairs? Plus, the view of the stage is limited. A joke made in RC...

As a long-time regular at the RC, I've noticed a real decline over the past year. I went to the RC today, but I definitely won't be going back. When you have to pay to watch a football match while competitors offer free admission with additional freebies, it raises serious questions. The prices have become exorbitant. Furthermore, having arrived early in the evening (on a Friday when it's usually quiet), the waiters took a whopping 20 minutes to serve us, even though we were the only customers in the bar. The recent staff recruitment is seriously lacking. The waiters are nonchalant; they didn't even ask what we wanted to drink, nor did they offer an apology for the wait, the length of which we couldn't fathom. We were given dirty glasses, which were served "like garbage" for the price we paid. We expected much better, especially compared to what you get in bars. I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way, given how empty the clubhouse is compared to before. The only positive point was that the guy who cleaned the tables and collected the glasses outside was the only one doing his job. The others gave us the impression of being a nuisance.

The place is really nice, but the bar staff are incredibly nonchalant, which is a shame. The restaurant service is much more pleasant.

Juste un message car je suis choquée de voir que vous faites payer l’entrée pour le match de jeudi soir. Les gens vont consommer mais ça ne vous suffit pas…pour un match ? C’est une honte

The payment system was a complete mess. The offer at the entrance was €30 for every €30 spent, but we never saw a penny of it. When we went to get our first drink, it was €30 on the bill. There was no server to serve the beer; we lost €8 because we didn't know how. Unbelievable, first and last time. Go there to lose your money.

Great atmosphere

Great new security team, present every evening of the week and weekend, friendly and efficient. Especially the young doorman with the head tattoos, and his tall colleague at the beginning of the week.

The security team is appalling, verbally and physically aggressive, threatening, it's unacceptable, it's always the same people.

Good atmosphere

I bought a ticket for Party 90 on Saturday, June 20th, for €7.80 through Shotgun. Around 11 PM, entry became free. I didn't say anything. But when the music changed and the DJ left, I was absolutely not happy. They tried to offer me a free drink, but I don't consume anything (no soft drinks, alcohol, or even water), I just come to dance. They told me to file a complaint by email and that I would be reimbursed and receive a response, which I did immediately, but I still haven't received a reply. This isn't the first time this has happened, and this is the last straw. I'm a regular at these parties. Back in the day, there were also many more free parties, especially Party 80, and all of that has disappeared... Anyway. I hope my opinion will be taken into account and that I will receive a response to my complaint.

A fantastic, festive venue that combines a performance hall with giant screens showing current sporting events. We enjoyed a great stand-up comedy show in the excellent performance hall. The food trucks offer a variety of menus. There's a bar and a beer wall. Using the Republic Corner app is a handy way to reserve a table, top up your cashless account, and get a refund for any remaining balance in your RC account. The only downside: the app's QR code doesn't work on the beer wall. You have to go back and get a card printed... The atmosphere is excellent. It's a great place for all ages to enjoy themselves with friends, colleagues, and family.
