McDonald's Poitiers Demi-Lune

It's always the same! I rarely go there, but every time the service is disastrous, even when we arrive early. Customers who arrived after us are served before us. The ice cream machine is still broken, it's so frustrating…

Gee whiz man. Been in here 4 times over the past week and they have forgotten something from my order twice and every single order takes 20 30 mins. Even if its just a coffee like right now. This place needs kicked up the hole. Total wipe of staff. Train new ones.

Two Happy Meal "Best of 2" combos, takeout order: The McChicken was missing ketchup. The Bacon McChicken was missing a pickle and a slice of bacon. The third burger, whose name I don't know, was ordered without onion but...with onion. The fries/potatoes were cold and completely spilled in the bag, with a medium-length hair thrown in for good measure (no surprise, nobody wears a hairnet). And let's not forget the completely apathetic staff, for whom even a simple "hello" seems to take far too much effort. Avoid at all costs!

The service was incredibly slow even though there was no one there... the kitchen staff's hygiene was deplorable... the friendliness was barely adequate, and as a bonus, the cherry Coke without ice wasn't fizzy... This all needs to be reviewed.

It's a very nice McDonald's, ideally located when you're coming from the A28 or the A11. With plenty of electric car charging stations nearby.

Filthy and run down. This place is beyond disgusting even by French standards.

For once, I went downstairs to get my food inside. I had a problem with my loyalty card, and Améthys helped me with the process because, unfortunately, they couldn't handle it. Between serving other customers, she came to check on the progress. This young woman was very helpful. I thanked her for her assistance. While my order was being prepared, I was able to observe the other servers and the kitchen staff. There's no communication; some of them look glum. There's a real lack of smiles, so they either get yelled at in the restaurant or they're treated poorly by their customers because even they don't smile. I'll see about the meal; I ordered takeout. The weak point here is the chicken, which is often pink in the center of the burger.

I've never seen such a filthy McDonald's... even outside of rush hour, the tables and floor are disgusting. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms. The furniture is falling apart everywhere. And to top it off, they give us a coloring placemat, and they somehow manage to spill Coke on it, making it unusable. We're praying we don't get food poisoning.

Poor service, abnormally long waiting times

It's nice place but we really didn't eat because we come for breakfast but their coffee machine is not working. I hope next time. The employees are friendly.

40-minute wait

40 minutes for a best-of menu is unacceptable.
