I was very happy to have met Philippe thanks to Romain from Brompton Junction Paris. He repaired my faulty tubeless setup on my G-Line in no time and saved my vacation in the process. It's rare and precious to meet people so passionate that they are genuinely invested in what they do, in addition to excelling at it. I've found my workshop in the area.

It's incredible! I went to this shop for the first time because I had a problem with my little electric bike. It's very friendly! The whole team is super cool. They explained the problem with my bike to me so well that I was able to ride it home, but I need a reliable bike to get to work. So, after all the explanations about the bikes, I decided to treat myself and buy a new one, and I can't wait to pick it up soon! Thank you to Philippe, Fabien, and the third person for their kindness; it's really nice! I felt very comfortable, like I was at home. 🤣😉

Fantastic experience. Great service. On my bike trip to Spain, I stopped here early on Saturday morning to ask if they could take a look at my chain. Even though they were completely full, I was helped immediately. The chain turned out to be broken and was replaced right away. All while I was getting a good cup of coffee. Super friendly owner with expertise and experience with long-distance cycling himself. There should be more bike shops like this. Highly recommended!

Thank you to the technician, who was very professional, efficient, and quick. He was also honest, a rare quality. Excellent communication skills. I'm delighted to have my bike back, which my husband, an accomplished cyclist, maintained while he was alive. Seven years later, I'm getting back on the road! Thank you!

A must-visit in Poitiers! La Cyclerie Café is the perfect spot for all cycling enthusiasts. A huge thank you to Philippe, who knows his stuff inside and out and always takes the time to give great advice. The welcome is warm and there's a fantastic team there, all in a truly friendly atmosphere. Stopping by the workshop or having a coffee here is always a pleasure. I highly recommend it! 🚴☕️
