The cafeteria was awful, the cleanliness was lacking, and there was very little choice. The service was unacceptable. When I went to the appetizer buffet, there was no choice, no cheese either, the sliced ​​bread was already stale, and I didn't have dessert because, likewise, apart from ice cream, fruit in syrup, and crepes, there was nothing else. (Fresh fruit, yogurt, chocolate mousse...). No, no, the soggy strawberries are not fresh fruit 😉 When I went to the register because we were there as a family, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and I was told they didn't have enough staff to restock... Isn't consistent service a source of customer satisfaction? No longer offering hamburgers on the children's menu and charging extra for drinks is frankly not a good look. When I arrived at the main course (fish and chips for me), there was one piece of fish still cooking. The meat looked dried out and overcooked, the bins right behind it hadn't been emptied, the griddle was disgusting, and while there was a selection of sides, what a selection! Lentils swimming in a brown sauce that frankly looked unappetizing, along with peas and carrots... Mashed potatoes that no one wanted and three fries fighting for space 🙄 Pasta swimming in water and a salad straight from a bag without even being rinsed or washed. Dry, empty dishes abandoned without a second thought 🤢 The food wasn't cooked at all as ordered; a medium steak would be dry and mushy. One of the children's Nutella crepes became a sugar crepe (yes, it was remade after all).... The floor was disgusting, the trays weren't removed from the trolleys, so people couldn't clear their plates and left food on the tables. The other tables weren't cleaned, so there weren't really any clean tables available... There were seven of us spread across three tables... I wanted to wash my hands, but the toilets left much to be desired... In short, I take my family, who aren't from around here, to eat in a cafeteria for a break. I will never go back to such a dirty place. Thank you for the gesture at the register, large family, but it doesn't make up for the experience at all. Especially since I paid full price. I didn't take pictures of the poor quality of the appetizers or desserts because I was there to relax, but everything else made me realize I should alert other customers and perhaps even the health department. The lack of staff during the summer tourist season is unacceptable; otherwise, they shouldn't be open. Attached are photos of the state of the place. I'll let people judge for themselves. As for management, they won't bother replying to me except for a refund for the 7 meals 🤢🤮 (P.S. There was salad after my complaint 😂) Not recommended

Good experience, with a varied selection of vegetables. Arrive early in the day, otherwise there's a risk of a wait at the till. However, at the beginning of service, the wait can sometimes be a little long while the staff gets ready.

We arrived at 9:00 PM on a Sunday evening and stopped at this Flunch. At first glance, there wasn't much left on the buffet, which is normal since it was late. Once we got to the register, we realized there were dishes to order, which we hadn't known. We ordered a burger and fries for the child, who loved it. For us, the all-you-can-eat mussels and fries with cooked ham was perfect. For €54.00 including wine and a drink, I think that's reasonable. Much better than fast food places that cost roughly the same. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, which was very pleasant. Best of luck to you and thank you for everything.

July 10, 2026 The outside temperature was 40°C (104°F). The atmosphere was very oppressive because Auchan, which manages the air conditioning, decided to turn the restaurant's air conditioning down to the minimum. As a result, you had to hurry up and drink your glass of water quickly, as it was turning to lukewarm. Unless you wanted a hot drink, which is unacceptable! I won't even mention the staff who were suffering!! Next time, just say so and I'll come in my swimsuit. And this winter, I'll probably have to wear a hat and mittens.

What can I say? 45 degrees outside and the air conditioning on the lowest setting! Apparently, Auchan is responsible for this decision—what nerve, considering the rents they charge! Small country brasseries offer this level of comfort for less profit!

Hello, I wanted to leave this review for all families. Don't eat at this Flunch; it's extremely dirty, and I absolutely do not recommend it. The buffet is practically empty except for mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, and fries. I definitely do not recommend this Flunch. And whatever you do, don't go into the restrooms unless you have a strong stomach.

Arrived today for the traditional moules frites (mussels and fries), what can I say? The wait was far too long for the mussels, which were often sold out due to the cooking pot being too small, and the same for the fries – a 10-minute wait between courses. In short, very disappointing.

Appalling. The vegetarian dish turned out to be a miserable, overly spicy, and inedible patty. This, of course, wasn't mentioned. The floor is filthy, but let's not even talk about the toilets… they were more like "loots" given their state. No soap, and clearly no cleaning staff either, since only a pressure washer could salvage this. The smell was absolutely abominable. The spinach looked like rotten grass, and the pasta was cold even though it had just been restocked. I was served a patty that wasn't even on the menu (where did it come from?). The only positive point was that the grill attendant was very friendly; it's a shame the kitchen behind it was full of garbage. Avoid this place.

My first time at Flunch Auchan in Poitiers Sud yesterday, Thursday, July 9th, 2026, was a disaster 👎. I ordered the Egg Mayor, which was fine. I went to the counter to get my breaded fish with Béarnaise sauce, and the employee asked me to come back in 4 minutes. I returned and was told to wait another minute, with people going back and forth between the kitchen and the dining area. I finally started eating the fish, which was still frozen, undercooked, and cold. I sent it back, and the rather unenthusiastic employee told me to order something similar. I ended up eating my fries to forget about the frozen fish. I didn't like this unwelcoming cafeteria, and the food was of mediocre quality.

A decent meal, but a few things could be improved. The negatives: * The wait: It was extremely crowded, which resulted in a long wait before we could get our meat. * The vegetable selection: There really wasn't much choice in terms of vegetables. * The cooking: One of our steaks wasn't cooked properly. We chose to eat it as is to avoid waiting any longer. The positives: * The cashier staff were very pleasant and friendly. * Aside from the cooking issue, the rest of the meal went well. We ate and left without any further problems. One minor drawback: The lack of information, for example, there was no indication of the difference between a bottled drink and a fountain drink (the price is the same, but the fountain version offers a much more generous 60 cl capacity!). A small explanatory sign or someone who can provide information before we get to the till would be appreciated by those who are not used to eating at Flunch.
