Very good bread and baguette, I recommend it.

Paris-Brest was disappointing. Not ideal for taking to guests. The top was hard and stale… I'll never go there again. It was either frozen or a cake made the day before. For the price, you might as well go to Leclerc.

Very good bakery, however, if you order a raspberry cake you'll also be eating paper since they wrap it haphazardly in the same type of bags as croissants... The bread is also very well-baked

Absolutely terrible... The restaurant's slogan... A recipe for envy... A desire to flee, yes!!! Served by a young woman who clearly didn't want to be there... A sandwich and pastries available on-site... The sandwich was so icy it was tasteless... The lemon tart and mille-feuille were mass-produced... The absolute worst part was the presence of a fake butcher, a self-styled farmer, blocking access to the terrace area and hawking his supposedly artisanal sausages... Disgusting!!!

The bread is always delicious. I cross the whole city to find this exceptional bakery! Well done!

For me, the best value for money for pastries. The bread is also very good, everything is made with sourdough and there's a wide range of breads.

What a shame. I live on Avenue de Nantes and have been a regular customer for eight years. This is the first time I've ever left a review, but sometimes it's necessary. Sunday. The pain au chocolat was as hard as a rock. But they don't usually say that. It was served under the display shelf. Price: €1.40. The overall quality of both the bakery and pastry shop is steadily declining. This is the third time I've been ripped off. Game over, Carlier. I'll never come back!

Extremely disappointed with Boulangerie Carlier! • The bread isn't cooked despite repeated requests for "well-baked" baguettes. • The pastries are also undercooked!! (The pastries in the display case look beautiful, but we're served pastries on a cart we can't see.) What a disappointment every time I see the cooking problems with the food I buy! On several occasions: the display case was empty at 5 pm even though the bakery closes at 8 pm (????) • Chocolates bought as a gift: covered in white film when I opened!!! • Understaffed, excessively long wait times! By trying to save money, you're losing customers!

One of the best bakeries in Poitiers, their pastries are delicious 🥰 but that was before... The pastries are still delicious, but the tradition has changed a lot. Before, they were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, even when you asked for them to be very white, and now they're soft and often full of flour... I don't go there much anymore because the bread isn't what it used to be, and that's a real shame...
