ACE Hôtel Poitiers

Perfect service and location, just steps from my workplace! Very welcoming and helpful staff! Spacious room and spotless! The only downside, and this is just my personal opinion, is that I find the breakfast price excessive!

+ Friendly staff. The hotel is very well soundproofed, both from internal and external noise. A major plus during periods of intense heat: efficient and very quiet air conditioning. - A few finishing details in the rooms could be improved, as well as the breakfast.

Secure parking. Clean rooms what more could I ask for. Pizza machine, mc Donald's, cafe, small super market, and a gym for when you've had enough food and want to work it off. Stayed for one night which I found to be well priced. When doing long journeys in this area of france we always use this hotel.

It was impossible to sleep because the rooms were almost 30°C (84°F). The air conditioning is supposedly centrally controlled, but it wasn't even working in May 😡 simply unacceptable. The location is supposedly only 6km from the highway, but in reality, it's almost 10km. On the plus side, parking is available in the fenced area. The receptionist was the best thing about the hotel; he was truly helpful and attentive. He immediately changed the dirty towels and brought soap and shampoo, which were all missing. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel.
