3 Brasseurs - Restaurant Brasserie Poitiers

Quick and efficient service! The ribeye steak was very good and cooked perfectly (rare)! The new potatoes were also delicious. One small drawback: the plate and sauce were cold, so the meat cooled down quickly…

We were very disappointed with our visit to Les 3 Brasseurs. While we're familiar with the brand, the service was lacking this time. I was served a "pornstar martini" without a shot of prosecco. When I expressed my concern, I was told it was mixed directly into the glass. A sacrilege for fans of this cocktail, which I hadn't even tasted while waiting for my shot. I tasted it afterward, and it was nowhere near a "pornstar martini," so I ordered a mocktail to be able to enjoy a drink. My partner wanted to try several beers, but three of the four he wanted were unavailable, so he opted for a cocktail as well. It's a shame this wasn't mentioned beforehand. As for the veggie burger, it was described as being made with a vegetable patty, but it was actually a steak substitute. It tasted good, but we were concerned after the first bite. Also, a waitress unfortunately dropped her glass tray next to us, shattering everything, some of which hit my boyfriend. It happens to everyone, but again, we only started to worry about ourselves after 10 minutes. Finally, we paid full price, which we found rather expensive, and of course, no compensation was offered. I don't recommend it.

This restaurant is highly recommended! We ate with a family of 6 for less than €100, complete with drinks and desserts. The staff were super attentive (even with the language barrier) and helpful. The food tasted delicious! So nice: not a beer with your food, but food that pairs with your beer. It was also cool to see the brewery from the restaurant. In short: you have to check this one out if you are in the area :-)

The nonchalant waiter walks right past you without looking at you; you have to ask for the bill three times before finally getting it by standing up... what a shame

We had dinner with our children tonight at Les Trois Brasseurs in Poitiers. The team is truly wonderful and very friendly; we had a very good time.

Not very happy with the service. Three hours at a restaurant is quite a long time, with an hour between the aperitif and the main courses, and another 45 minutes between courses ("there's no signal at your table"). And the dessert, to top it off, was "straight from the oven," even though the French toast was hard and cold. I thought French toast was soaked in egg, so it should be moist. Not to mention the six requests for carafes of water for dessert in the sweltering heat, because the waitress preferred to serve and chat with her friends at the next table. It's a shame for a restaurant like yours.
