Very good food and good pizza

For my first time dining at your establishment, everything was perfect, including the service. The 40cm pistachio and peach pizza at the restaurant was a real discovery and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic experience from start to finish! 😍 I had a charcuterie board as a starter and pasta carbonara—a real treat! The ingredients were excellent, the portions generous, and everything was perfectly prepared. 🍝👌 The service was top-notch, always with a smile and in a cheerful atmosphere. And a huge shout-out to the chefs, who were on fire in the kitchen, efficient, and just as friendly! You can tell they're a passionate team, which makes you want to come back. I highly recommend it! 👏🍕 (The pizzas looked amazing too; I'll have to try them next time! 😉)

I have very mixed feelings. The service is pleasant in person, the staff are friendly, but that's pretty much it. The pizzas are okay, nothing special, and generally undercooked. Furthermore, takeout/delivery is a disaster if you want to remove any ingredients. Every time you order without bacon or meat, they usually end up with it. Not ideal for people who don't eat meat. So I REALLY do NOT recommend it for vegetarians or those with intolerances. There's a real problem with the kitchen's order processing...

I'm just passing through Poitiers and I came to this restaurant yesterday. The waiter seated us inside. We ordered drinks. Their glasses looked like canteen glasses. We ordered some Cokes, which arrived in those canteen glasses. Then we ordered a charcuterie and salad platter. We were swarming with flies. The food wasn't very fresh. The salad was €14.99. It looked like it had been bagged; the salad was just dumped directly onto the plate. It came with three cherry tomatoes cut in half, half a slice of cured ham, and three croutons with goat cheese—in my opinion, a very old cheese. We usually love salad, but we didn't eat it. The bread was stale, cut, I think, that morning. Then we ordered three pizzas. Exactly the same for the pizzas. 33cm pizzas, completely bare. The "olives" on the pizzas looked like olives in those bucket-like containers. In my opinion, they were expired and tasted like bleach. I mentioned it several times to my husband and son. Let's just say the food wasn't good. We hadn't eaten lunch, so we hadn't eaten anything all day. We paid €92.30 for such poor quality food that it was supposed to be varied. As a result, I spent the night in the bathroom with a splitting headache and stomach cramps. I was doubled over with food. I had gastroenteritis and felt nauseous. My husband wanted to take me to the hospital, but I refused. It's currently 10:50 am, and I haven't gotten up because I'm so sick. My husband went to work, and my sister came to take me to the hospital. Finally, I have a doctor's appointment at 2 pm. So don't go to this restaurant unless you want to get sick. I don't recommend it at all. Even if they paid me every day, I wouldn't eat there again.

I had booked for 12:50 PM so I could have lunch during my break and be back at work at 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, our pizzas didn't arrive until 1:30 PM. As a result, I had to eat quickly to be on time for work. The staff apologized, explaining that they were very busy, but when you accept reservations during the lunch hour, you have to be able to guarantee a reasonable service time. I understand that it's busy, but the customer shouldn't have to suffer the consequences. In addition to the wait, the Supreme pizza was disappointing: it was dry and had very little topping. Considering the whole experience, I'm really disappointed. It's a shame, because the wait and the quality of the pizza completely ruined my meal.

Very satisfied with Baila Pizza. The pizzas are really very good, and they were very accommodating. When I asked for a Reine pizza without ham because I'm vegetarian, it was done without any problem. And the dessert I loved most there—I don't remember if it's on the menu this season—was the tarte tatin. I recommend it.

Not suitable for large tables. Reservation made well in advance. Too long a wait when the food was served. Some had finished their meal while others hadn't even been served yet. The dish that was supposed to be veal Milanese was only partially served to our table of 26 people. More than half ended up with steak, which is quite different! Otherwise, the staff were friendly.

If you arrive at 1 p.m., don't expect decent food; the staff isn't very friendly, which is a shame.

My partner and I arrived around 11:10 AM to order pizzas. We waited outside for 20 minutes despite two employees (probably a cook and a server) walking right past us, glancing at us, and leaving without asking if we wanted to order. It was my first time there, and after seeing this, I won't be going back. Message to the owners: train your employees in customer service. Sincerely.
